Module description
The field of operations management has become increasingly important in recent years, as businesses face intense pressure to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high levels of customer service. Operations analytics is a natural extension of this field, as it focuses on the application of data analytics and modelling techniques to improve operational decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
