The Consultancy Challenge

During this module, you complete a client-facing consultancy project for real clients confronting genuine challenges that will make a difference in the real world. This year we will be partnering with PA Consulting to work with their clients. PA Consulting is a global management consultancy, with headquarters in London and offices in more than 30 countries. The People and Operational Excellence Consulting Practice at PA Consulting provides consultancy and delivery support in organisation design and development, talent management, human resources, change management, process transformation and operations management.

The consultancy project with PA Consulting allows you to bring everything that you have learnt to a live project, in which you can hone your consultancy skills, test your knowledge and gain the necessary practical experience to complement your academic learning experience at Birkbeck.

Note: Entry to The Consultancy Challenge module is selective. It is an extremely demanding module both academically and in terms of time commitments.
