Criminal Law

This module provides a detailed overview of main offences, such as homicide, non-fatal offences against the person and theft. It also provides an overview of criminal procedure as it introduces you to the way cases move from Magistrates' Court to the Crown Court. To enhance your knowledge and experience of the law, you will attend a structured visit to the Central Criminal Court (the Old Bailey) in London.
