• Assessment: two quizzes (5% each), two written assessments (35% each) and an in-class closed-book test (20%)

This is the second biology module of three and focuses on the major biological pathways. You will learn about a range of functions and processes, including:

• photosynthesis
• gas exchange
• respiration
• metabolism.

You will also perform a quantitative practical on enzymes and be introduced to the nervous system.
