Module description
This module will introduce you to the fundamentals and key issues of contract law in the English legal system. In exploring the development of contract law, largely (but not exclusively) through case law, the module will also explore and critically reflect upon legal reasoning and the rich and complex nature of the common law tradition.
You will also be introduced to the general scope and nature of contractual obligations, the principles of liability and the scope and availability of remedies.
