Module description
This module introduces you to a series of highly relevant aspects of commercial law, focusing on the law and practice of typical commercial and financial transactions. Complementing the module on ‘commercial law and market regulation’ which addressed commercial law from a broader socio-economic perspective, this module will instead adopt a more practice-oriented approach and focus on a plurality of aspects which are of fundamental importance for commercial life, giving you the necessary legal skills to engage with commercial transactions. The module will not be limited to a description of legal rules, but will also present you with practical cases, problems and solutions.
