Module description
In this Foundation Year module we examine the role and importance of:
- leadership and teams in organisations
- change and change management in organisations.
We will explore the mix of attributes, skills and capabilities required of successful leaders, change managers and effective team players, as well as the nature of team working, the process involved in building and maintaining high-performance teams, and managing change: why it occurs, how people react to change, the need for employee involvement and approaches to managing change in organisations.
