By the end of the first term you should have a good understanding of how to do a literature review and identify a research question and what kinds of data you will need to answer your research question. In the second term you work with your supervisor to develop your research method. In the third term you are introduced to the range of methods used to do data analysis and the practices of writing.

This module is taught in alternate weeks in the first and third terms.
