The 97th Joint Session of the Aristotelian Society and the Mind Association
Birkbeck, University of London and the Institute of Philosophy are delighted to host the XCVII Joint Session from 7 to 9 July 2023.
Established in 1910, the Joint Session is the UK's leading general philosophy conference. Held annually during the summer by the Aristotelian Society and the Mind Association, it has taken place at nearly every major university in the UK and Ireland.
The largest gathering of philosophers in the country, the 2023 conference will include leading UK and international speakers from a broad range of philosophical areas. Inaugurated by the incoming President of the Mind Association, the Joint Session includes symposia, open and postgraduate sessions, and a range of satellite conferences.
