In this pragmatic and interactive workshop, leadership coach Andrew Atter introduces you to useful tools and models that can enable you to grow yourself as leader. The workshop will show how to understand underlying patterns in your team dynamics. It will provide a model of how to use the right style for the right situation.
The outcome is that you will have greater awareness of how to build motivated and diverse teams, where each individual contribution can be recognised.
In preparation for the workshop try to think about the following questions:
What patterns do you notice in the way your team interacts?
How would you describe your leadership style?
In which situations would you like to have more options as a leader?
