Birkbeck Inspires: Work and wellbeing: looking after yourself and others
When:

Birkbeck has launched a new programme, 'Birkbeck Inspires', a free online events, activities and resources programme designed to inspire learning, provoke thought, and entertain and excite curious minds.
The past few months have brought into sharp focus the importance of maintaining both our physical and mental health. Work has consistently been found to be a significant contributor to both mental and physical health. With the blurring of work and personal life, recognising the impact of work on wellbeing is key. Rachel Lewis and Jo Yarker, Chartered Psychologists and Directors of the Professional Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, will be delivering a live talk focusing on how you can best support your mental and physical health, informed by both their research and that of others. There will also be a question and answer session with Rachel and Jo.
Follow Birkbeck, University of London, on Facebook for regular updates on the series and visit www.bbk.ac.uk/birkbeck-inspires for content as its released as well as timings of future bookable live events.
