This event will see Dr Guido Comparato discuss the way in which the emergence of a policy of financial stability in international and European economic law has an impact on private relations, leading private law itself to become an instrument of financial stability, and how this creates tensions within private law.
Dr Guido Comparato is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Birkbeck.
