Dr Sarah Wollaston is a British Liberal Democrat politician who served as Member of Parliament for Totnes from 2010 to 2019. First elected for the Conservative Party in an open primary, she later served as a Change UK and Liberal Democrat MP. She was Chair of the Health Select Committee and the Liaision Committee. Before entering politics Sarah was a GP and junior doctor.

In this event, Sarah will reflect on her time in parliament, and offer her thoughts on democratic representation in parliament during Brexit and after. She will discuss how far Westminster has gone and what could change in the future.
