CLEARING OPEN DAY
SATURDAY 18 AUGUST, 12-4PM
This event is designed for prospective undergraduate students who have been offered a place through Clearing or those thinking of applying through Clearing.
You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about Birkbeck to members of staff and current students. You'll also get the chance to look around our campus and facilities.
Schedule for the day:
Student Life, Q&A and Birkbeck Bounce: starting at 1.15pm and 3.15pm, lasting 45 minutes
Hear from current students about what it’s like to study in London, and how they make the most of studying in the evening at Birkbeck. This session will finish with Birkbeck Bounce, a chance for you to chat to different Birkbeck students for three minutes at a time.
Subject talks: starting at 2pm only, lasting 1 hour
Academic staff from various departments will be on-hand to talk about their subject area and answer your questions.
Campus and library tours - 1 hour
Depart every 30 minutes from 1pm onwards from the Malet Street Main Building entrance
Our student ambassadors will show you around our main campus, and you will learn about the local history and beautiful surroundings of Bloomsbury.
