Amanda Chennell, The Armchair (2021)

When:
Venue: Online

Book your place

Have you ever thought what of our experiences are absorbed by the things we own? Why do we associate certain things with certain people and memories?
This is a study on the life of an armchair, using the chair as a metaphor for a woman’s life.
Using film, spoken word and five actors as ‘woman’, The Armchair looks at how objects possess meaning in our lives and in performance.

Part of Into View festival from Peltz Gallery.
