The Department of Economics Mathematics and Statistics at Birkbeck College, in collaboration with the Birkbeck Institute for Data Analytics organises a one-day conference on the themes of Big Data Analytics and its applications to Economics. The rationale is to bring together researchers from statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, finance and economics to enhance the research environment and encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration both within Birkbeck and with the wider community of scientists and users.
The conference is funded by Birkbeck, University of London.
