Birkbeck College is part of the prestigious University of London. Our teaching mainly takes place during the evening and this gives our students the opportunity to combine study with work and other commitments.

At our Taster event, you will be able to find out more about our undergraduate degree programmes in Mathematics and Statistics. Our courses cover theoretical aspects of the subject as well as methods, modelling techniques and modern applications. The programmes are designed to be flexible, with a common structure that makes it easy to switch from one speciality to another.

Come along to our Taster Event to hear about our undergraduate programmes, meet the staff who will be teaching and get the chance to participate in discussions with potential fellow students.

ITINERARY 

Taster Lecture 

From 18:00-19:00 BST you will have the chance to participate in our Mathematics and Statistics Taster Lecture and join our question and answer session.

Online Session 

The event will be taking place online and pre-event information and joining links will be emailed to you before the session. Please remember to book onto the event so that you can receive the joining link.
