Uncertain resilience in a certain world

When:
Venue: Birkbeck Clore Management Centre

In this talk, we turn the idea of 'Resilience in an Uncertain World' on its head to consider the uncertainties of personal resilience in the face of fixed, or certain, structures.

The performance of resilience is often placed solely onto the individual to 'bounce back' and show how capable they are, even when the structures that are the site of the struggle are fixed.

During the panel discussion, colleagues in our Department of Organizational Psychology will share their perspectives on uncertain resilience in a certain world.
