Are you unsure of how to approach problem questions?
Problem questions can seem overwhelming as you have to deal with a scenario with various things happening, and it is not always easy to know where to start. One important point is to not treat a problem question as an abstract essay and write everything you know about the legal issues involved in the problem. The facts are all important and application to the facts is essential. This workshop will consider the key elements of a successful problem question answer and evaluate some example student answers.
