Note that this workshop is for Birkbeck law school students. However, other students taking the module Human Rights may also find this workshop helpful.
Most law exams at Birkbeck are currently take-home exams over 48 hours. This doesn't mean, however, that you shouldn't revise for these take-home exams. We will consider strategies for effective exam revision, look at the difference between active and passive revision, and discuss how you can improve your revision strategies and methods. We will also look at how to approach answering short essays and problem questions in your exams, and strategies for doing take-home exams more generally.
