In this event, we revisit Tony Travers' claim that London is  an 'Ungovernable' city. As we approach 25 years of the London Mayoralty, how has London performed in terms of key issues such as transport and homelessness? And how will it cope in the future with pressing issues Climate Change? A panel of academics and politicians, including Professor Tony travers, will give their views, looking backwards and forwards at how London has been governed -and where it may go next.
