In this session, we'll be joined by Gaia Caruso. Gaia is the Director of ED&I at Sparta Global. She has been named one of Most Influential Culture Leaders by HiveLearning, one of the Top Inspirational Corporate Women by WeAreTheCity, and a Winner of the Women in Tech Excellence Awards. She is a UN Women Delegate, representing the UK at the annual Commission for the Status of Women (CSW). She is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on national and global ED&I forums and has presented to industry audiences spanning over 40 countries. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Gaia is actively involved in the delivery of ED&I research, change programmes, and advisory services in both the private and public sectors.
