If you are a UK student and have a disability such as a physical disability, long term physical or mental health condition, mobility or sensory impairment, specific learning diffierence such as dyslexia, ADHD or autism., you may be entitled to Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). This is a Government, non-means tested bursary through which you can receive funding for support and equipment to help you to fulfil your academic potential and get the most our of your time with us, whilst staying well.
Wellbeing Services are pleased to invite Birkbeck offer-holders and continuing students with disabilities to our in person workshop, where you'll have the opportunity to meet with members of our team, learn more about DSA and access assistance with filling out the aplication form to help ensure your support is in place at the earliest opportunity. To get the most out of the workshop, please bring the following:
