In this beginner's level workshop, we’ll consider why reading cases and statutes (as opposed to solely casebooks or textbook summaries) is important. We’ll learn about how to read a case or statute, by considering its different elements and the importance of taking an active approach. You’ll go away with useful tips for your reading of cases and statutes.
