- Are you confused by or new to Harvard referencing?
- Do you want to learn the basics of what Harvard referencing is, why we do it, and what it looks like?
- Have you been told that you need to work on your referencing skills?
If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then join us for this introductory session on the basics of Harvard referencing. We'll consider what Harvard referencing is and why it's important for academic writing. We'll consider when you need to reference, as well as when you don't need to reference. Finally, we'll look at some different examples of Harvard referencing to understand what it looks like in practice.
Note that the version of Harvard this workshop covers in the 12th edition Cite Them Right Harvard style.
