BISR social research: developing large grant collaborations

This is an opportunity to connect with other social researchers from across Birkbeck (at all career stages and all Faculties) with a view to developing collaborations that will lead to large grant applications. Please read the hyperlinks before the event of the projects that Jessica, Ruth and Lisa will be speaking about. Please prepare a headline statement about the focus of your research to share with the group.

The provisional timetable is:

11.00- 11.15 A (loose) thematic mapping of social research across Birkbeck (Karen Wells)

1.15 pm to 2 pm Working lunch in small groups organised around potential collaborative themes based on participant's statements about current/future research and social research strengths at Birkbeck
