Summary
Student Voice meetings are formal meetings, led in an informal way, that allow conversations to take place between students and academic staff about matters related to the students’ experience of the College, their programme and/or modules. For PGR students these meetings are held with Postgraduate Research (PGR) Reps.
- Student Voice Meetings will take place one per term.
- Terms of reference will be shared with all attendees in the first meeting of the term.
- Meetings will usually include shared information with PGR Reps and the opportunity for PGR reps to raise issues.
- Any issue can be raised and will be referred to the most appropriate part of the College for action.
- At the end of each meeting an action list will be created/ updated. These actions will then be reported on at the next Student Voice Meeting.
