Following on from the Visceral Bodies symposium at Kingtson University in 2023, guest editors Anna Argiro, Anna Johnson and Katja Cicigoj have brought together new work around the theme of 'visceral bodies' for a special issue of the journal Studies in the Maternal.
The special issue features academic articles, creative writing, essays, poetry, and visual and performance art.
We hope you can join us to celebrate the launch of the issue with drinks, nibbles, poetry and readings,
This event is in collaboration with the new Centre for Psychosocial Studies, Birkbeck and is taking place in Central London at the Keynes Library, 43 Gordon Square, Birkbeck, University of London.
