These are spaces built out of polygons that have many symmetries. They generalize such examples as: the boundary of each of the five platonic solids; the regular tesselations of the plane by triangles, squares and hexagons; the walls of the regular tesselation of 3-space by cubes. I shall discuss recent work on classifying some families of these spaces.
