SSHP is running BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic) support and share forums; a safe space in which we seek to understand your experience as a SSHP BAME student. Your voice is needed to develop suitable strategies to improve the BAME student experience.
The event is designed to collate the experiences of SSHP BAME students, and support your process of acheivement and success. Your voice, and experience is needed to influence the momentous discussion taking place in HE about equality of experience and achievement (the attainment gap). The debate is essentially about you, and this is probably your first opportunity to take part in it.
This will be the second forum, and the event will incude sharing the strategies from the meeting in March 19.
