Key workers in health and social care are under pressure, working in complex and emotionally demanding roles with a high risk of burnout.
In this talk, we will hear about the findings from two studies exploring interventions to support greater resilience among workers in health and social care. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion after the presentations.
