On Saturday, October 8th, come onto campus for the Birkbeck Orientation day.
The day includes a series of study skills workshops on campus at our Malet St building. Join us for one or more of these events and polish your skills ready to hit the ground running at the start of term. Book your sessions below (or if there are spare spaces, just walk in on the day).
You will also be able to have a tour of Birkbeck Library, speak to Student Advice, and learn more about Studiosity, our fantastic 24/7 online writing and study advice service.
From midday, the Birkbeck Students' Union Welcome Fair is the ABSOLUTE MUST ATTEND EVENT for all Birkbeck students. Whether new or returning, undergraduate or postgraduate, full time or part time - you name it, you should be there! Book now on the Birkbeck Students' Union website.
You can also meet the Birkbeck Futures team to get a FREE professional photo for your LinkedIn profile.
Campus tours will be running throughout the day from the main entrance, and the library team will also be offering tours of the library. There will also be a Have a cuppa in the Library between 11:30 - 14:00 (Birkbeck Library, Level 1).

Please note: you may have already attended the online versions of these workshops so please be advised that we will be covering the same material at these in-person events.
While priority will be given to students who have booked on the workshops, any free places will be made available to students on the day.
