Sejal Sukhadwala is a London-based food writer and author of the widely praised The Philosophy of Curry. She regularly writes for publications such as The Guardian, The Financial Times, and Vittles. Sejal will be talking about some of the key themes of her book and also about the Indian restaurant and food scene in London.
