Procrastination and perfectionism are the two key enemies of effective and efficient study. Prioritisation is one of the best friends of a successful student. This session will help students reflect on the causes of procrastination and perfectionism and provide suggestions on how to manage them (especially when studying from home). The other focus of this session is to identify the importance of prioritisation for academic studies (and other areas of your life), and to provide a basic framework to help you develop prioritisation skills.

This workshop is part of the 'Academic Skills' theme in the Be Successful series.

The next workshop in this series is 'Academic Note Taking' you can view & book this workshop by clicking here. You can view the whole program of workshops by clicking here.
