Academic Services Librarians

You can contact your Academic Services Librarian for guidance and support in accessing the best Library resources for your particular subject, see also the academic subject guide.

The Academic Services Librarian team holds drop-ins on Level 1 of the library from 16:30-18:00, Monday to Friday, except on College closed days. At the drop-in you can get help with finding books and journal articles, using online databases, using referencing software such as Zotero, and advice on the best information resources to use for your subject. No appointment is necessary, just come and find us.

You can also book an appointment for one-to-one support in researching a topic or using a particular database or online resource. The individual checking availability link below will show an online calendar of times and dates your Academic Services Librarian is available, otherwise, email your Academic Services Librarian with some information about what you need help with and two or three times and dates that would be convenient for you.
