A New Collaborative Agreement
Three-year collaborative agreement between the Department of Applied Linguistics and Communication and the School of Foreign Languages, Beijing Institute of Technology.
In December a reception was held to mark the signing of a three-year collaborative agreement between the Department of Applied Linguistics and Communication and the School of Foreign Languages, Beijing Institute of Technology.
Professor Miriam Zukas, Executive Dean of SSHP and Professor Zhang Jian, Head of Department of English Department from Beijing Institute of Technology signed the formal agreement. The reception was attended by department staff as well as representatives from the International Office and BIT student representatives. Commenting on the collaboration, Professor Zukas stated that the department was ‘looking forward to welcoming BIT students as well as working more closely with our Chinese colleagues’.
