Applications for ESRC funding now open
Applications are now open for funding from the Economic and Social Research Council
The Department of History, Classics and Archaeology would like to draw attention to the opening of funding streams from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
The ESRC UBEL DTP (UCL, Bloomsbury, and East London Doctoral Training Partnership) has 25 different disciplinary pathways in 7 groupings:
1. Cities, Environment & Development
2. Cognition & Language
3. Culture, Heritage & History
4. Economic & Quantitative Analysis
5. Health and Welfare
6. Political & Juridical Processes
7. Social Processes, Relations & Policy

We would like to draw particular attention to the deadline for the Archaeology and Heritage Studies pathway. You must apply to Birkbeck by Friday 13 December 2019 in order to be considered for this pathway.
The Economic and Social History pathway would also be relevant to students studying within our Department.
