Competition for postgraduate students to host academic event
The Centre for Media, Culture and Creative Practice is delighted to announce a competition open to all postgraduate students (MA, MPhil, PhD) within the School’s Department of Film, Media and Cultural Studies.
The Centre for Media, Culture and Creative Practice is delighted to announce a competition open to all postgraduate students (MA, MPhil, PhD) within the School’s Department of Film, Media and Cultural Studies.
The competition will give a group of students (at least two or more students need to collaborate) the opportunity to host an event. The winning group will receive funding of up to £200, a room to host the event and online publicity.
This is an excellent chance to work with your fellow students to gain invaluable experience in organising an academic-based event.
Deadline for applications is December 13 and winners will be announced and notified and on January 10. You can find full details of the competition, including how to apply, here.
