Congratulations to Xuemei Chen
Our PhD student Xuemei Chen successfully passed her viva with only minor revisions.
The title of the dissertation is "Cross-linguistic and cross-cultural humour perception and communication among Chinese L2 users of English". Her supervisor was Professor Jean-Marc Dewaele. Dr Bene Bassetti was the external examiner and Professor Zhu Hua was the internal examiner.
