Dept of Management moves to three term teaching
From October 2012, the Department of Management will move to three term teaching, all Department of Management modules will be taught for 9 weeks followed by a reading/study week in week 10 and then exams in week 11, the final week of term. Dates for 2012-3 are:
- Autumn term: 1 October – 14 Dec, with exams 10-14 Dec.
- Spring term: 7 January 7 – 22 March, with exams 18-22 March.
- Summer term: 22 April – 5 July, with exams 1-5 July.
The change to three term teaching does not preclude students taking more modules in each term if they prefer, but it does give students the option of spreading current workloads over a longer period of time and to have more contact with the College throughout the year.
