Dr Sophie Hope, Lecturer in Arts Management, has recently taken part in the Friday Salon at the Institute of Contemporary Art.
The Friday Salon on 15 February proposed to reflect on participatory practice and the key themes that have merged over the years. Referring to recent critical and curatorial debates, artists and educators Sophie Hope and Felicity Allen examined how participation succeeds in providing forms of knowledge through formal as well as more emancipatory education.
