An exciting new programme for 2013/14

The Department of Management is pleased to announce a new programme for 2013/14:

Management for Personal Assistants (Certificate of Higher Education)

The aim of this programme, which is a strategic partnership between Birkbeck and the Global PA Network, is to help meet the demand for highly skilled PAs by developing PAs who possess the range of skills needed to manage, build and promote effective working practices and relationships within organisations. Topics include: the role of the executive personal assistant; seven key skills for peak performance; understanding organisations; strategy and business planning; leadership and team building; managing change; marketing; financial decisions; and people management and diversity.
