On 17 March 2012, Paul Mason, author of Why It’s Kicking Off Everywhere: The New Global Revolutions, and a panel including Prof Deborah Mabbett (Birkbeck) and Prof Costas Douzinas (Birkbeck) discussed the global Occupy movements, coalition policy on the City and financial regulation.
The event was co-organised by the Birkbeck Institute of Social Research.
