ESRC PhD Scholarships for 2017 entry are available via UCL, Bloomsbury and East London Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) for suitable candidates. These scholarships are for Economics, and only available once offered a place on a PhD programme at Birkbeck.
The closing date for the scholarship applications is Friday 3rd February 2017 at 4.00pm; however to able to apply for the scholarships students need to apply to Birkbeck MPhil/PhD programme by the 11th of January 2017, at the latest for a MPhil/PhD place

Professor Andy Tolmie, UBEL DTP Director, will be hosting a webinar next Thursday where he will be discussing the DTP’s PhD funding opportunities and the application process. This will be followed by a live Q&A session.
This is a great opportunity to hear about the application process and to ask any questions that you may have. The session will be recorded and made available to view afterwards on the UBEL DTP website.
