Prof John Kelly talks to the BBC about the recent British Airways dispute
Speaking about the current British Airways dispute on Radio 4's Broadcasting House, Prof John Kelly said: "We shouldn't read too much into this being a harbinger of a spring or summer of discontent. In the 1970's there were on average 2,500 strikes a year and 10 million working days lost. Over the last decade, it's been closer to 150 strikes per year and only half a million days lost to industrial action."
