John McDowell: The Epistemology of Perception
John McDowell (Pittsburgh University) will deliver the inaugural Dorothy Edgington Lectures.
Lecture 1 on Friday 2 March, 6-8pm in Malet Street, Room B33 'Perception: objects and content'
Lecture 2 on Saturday 3 March, 4-6pm in Malet Street, Room B33 - 'How perception yields knowledge'
Professor McDowell will also lead a two day graduate workshop on the Epistemology of Perception.
