This is an opportunity for potential and actual applicants for admission (including those who have received a conditional offer of admission) to meet academics from the Department and hear them talk about a range of issues linked to their research expertise (which in this case includes Russian politics, British politics, gender and politics, European politics, international relations).  After the end of this event, participants will have the opportunity to meet current students and discuss with them the experience of studying at Birkbeck (part-time or full-time, both at the undergraduate and the postgraduate levels).
