Students from the university’s Diversity 100 programme highlighted the need for more effective networking with a focus on opportunities for underrepresented groups to channel diverse perspectives and bring their research to the fore.
The competitions are designed to celebrate the exciting research conducted by PhD students at the University.
Projects ranged from recovering the heritage of Stratford; the recognition of craftwork amongst Chilean prisoners under Chilean General Augusto Pinochet; to developing policies for innovation in Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) member states.
