Applied research in the NHS and at NHS England
Leadership and Learning
- Designed and delivered an end-to-end development assessment centre process for NHS Executive Directors across England, with links into succession planning, learning and executive coaching
- Designed the Program Evaluation Strategy - Succession Planning Program for Senior Leaders delivered across London—a multi-level, mixed evaluation, process and outcomes, with evidence-based recommendations.
- Designed EDI Leadership Program Evaluation (WRES Experts) for Senior Leaders, delivered across London - multi-level mixed evaluation, process and outcomes, with evidence-based recommendations.
Wellbeing
- Delivered large-scale, multi-level, mixed well-being services evaluation in two large London hospitals (Guys & St Thomas)
- Designed and delivered three inter-disciplinary workshops and Q&A sessions on Evaluating well-being programmes for ICS Senior Project Leads /SROs on behalf of NHS England. The workshops aimed to embed evidence-based practice in the NHS systems' working methods.
- Analysis and Report on Wellbeing Interventions and Risk Areas in 29 London NHS Trusts at the end of the first wave of Covid-19. The Report focused on highlighting areas of risk across the NHS.
EDI & Group Relations
- Mixed-method analysis of EDI-focused workforce disciplinary cases aggregated dataset from 21 London Trusts with Action Plan implemented across the NHS
- A mixed-method evaluation of the Active Bystander – Behaviour Change intervention delivered across NHS at the national level
- Complex intra and inter-team conflict investigation and analysis of interview and focus group data from staff working in the ITU-Critical Care units in an NHS Trust, followed by designing an Action Plan and improvement programme funded by NHS England.
- Researched and designed an EDI strategy execution tool published across the NHS

- Researched and designed a Debiasing Recruitment Tool published across the NHS via NHS Employers.
Applied research in BT & EE & Open Reach
Behaviour Science
- Designed and implemented a behaviour science applied research with RCT design in BT aiming to recover consumer debt. The project impacted 30,000 customers with change management delivered across organisational siloes (brand, marketing, legal, technology, finance, PMO, consumer, customer experience, and operations) and globally outsourced service providers.
Assessment Centres
- EDI-focused design and validation of an assessment centre model for recruiting and selecting graduates and apprentices in collaboration with a third-party assessment solution provider.
Recruitment & EDI
- Research the recruitment and promotion processes at all stages in the talent chain and for the A, B, C, and D roles, including executive positions with an EDI focus.
Employee & Customer Experience
Research on employee and consumer experiences across three staff groups (call centres, Open Reach engineers and EE stores) to answer the question: How does the organisation support front-end staff to deliver services to consumers?
