    Biography

    Tom Hibbs is an Associate Tutor in Properly Law at Birkbeck, University of London. He graduated Cambridge in 2021 with first-class honours, and is currently working as a Judicial Assistant in the Court of Appeal. Alongside this, he is undertaking a number of research projects in Public Law, Tax Law and Contract Law.
